Option 1

Option 1

Player 1 takes a touch to start the practice. Player 2 offers short while player 3 offers long.

The ball moves from 1 to 3 who sets 2 who switches out to 4. Player 4 passes the ball up the line to 5 for the practice to be mirrored on the opposite side

Rotation

2 balls working at all times
