USSF WARM UP

Organization: set up squares of 10x10, 12x12 and 15x15 in the midle third, split the group in groups of 5 players, 6 and 7, cones, soccer balls and two games of shirts.

Instructions: The players who play out side tryin to keep possession each other through passing and quick passes, the defender trys to intercept the ball and regain the ball the defender who regain the ball exchange possession with the losser's ball.

Coaching Points: 1. mobility 2. passing and receiving. 3. Body position. 4. decisions making 5. Read the game, identify the moments, the presure and the solution before receive the ball.

Progressions: Progression 1, they play 4 v 1, passing, receiving and athlete stance, mobility. progression 2 4v2 two or 1 touch, 2 manadatory touches, progression 3 5v2 four players out side 1 in the midle,

USSF STAGE II (15 mins)

Organization:set up an area of 80x90 yards, two groups of players, one team 8+GK and other with 9 players, two small goals, two game of shirts, soccer balls and cones.

Instructions: The game start with the GK, the center back have to connect with the midfilders and the fullbacks who are in the midle third of the field, after they receive the ball trying to keep possession each other through quick passes, playing on the ground, mobility. They have to get 5 consecutive passes before connect with the target player, if the red team regain the ball they can attack and score, the blue team has to react to win back the ball. They can play with the center backs only two times, but if they get 5 consecutive passes they win one option to play back. if they pass the ball to the target player and he can not score and play back they have to make again 5 consecutive passes.

Coaching Points: 1. keep pssession in the midle third 2. recognize the spaces and movenments to pass and receiving the ball. 3. Create superiority numeric with the player who has the ball. 4. Patience and identify the pressure and how overcome it. 5. Reaction to the lossing ball.

Progressions: P1. Unlimite touches. P2: Two or One touche to pass the ball. P3. 5 to 7 consecutive passes before connect with the target player.

USSF STAGE III (15 mins)

Organization:set up an area of 80x90 yards, two groups of players, they will play 9+GK vs 10+GK, one normal goal on the box's line, two games of shirts, soccer balls.

Instructions: The game start with the GK who play to the center backs, play out from the back. when they connect with the player who are in the midle third they will play by to touches, the stricker can go in, at time the defender too to fallows him. When the red stricker makes high presure to the center backs one defender go into the midle third to keep the number up. The blue team trys always to make around of the player who has the ball superiority numeric to keep possession.

Coaching Points: Keep possession in the midle third. Superiority numeric with the player with ball. Quick passes. mobility to receive the ball. Create and occupate spaces. connection with the strickers.

Progressions: P1. unlimite touches in the midle Third. P2. 7 consecutive passes before connect with the strickers. P3 Two or one touch to pass the ball. P4. two mandatory touches.

USSF STAGE IV GAME (15 mins)

Organization:set up in a normal field yards, two groups of players, they will play 10+GK vs 10+GK, one normal goals, two games of shirts, soccer balls.

Instructions:Normal game, the only rule is that the blue team in the midle third will make minimun 5 passes before they connect with the strickers, also in this third they will play two touches to pass the ball.

Coaching Points: Kepp possession in the midle Third. superiority numeric around the player who has the ball. Timming to recognize the pressure and the moments and spaces to move to receive the ball and to pass the ball. Communication. Making decision and read the game.
