Activity 1: 4v1 Extending passing pattern to pressure. Defenders cannot tackle only intercept. Work in groups of six. Rotate defenders after six wins. Rotate defenders for attackers after 4 minutes.

Activity2: 4v2 --‐Same concept as above but working with more supporting players and pressure with 2 defenders. Defenders can only intercept. Defenders work for 10 wins and new set of defenders rotate.

Coaching point: High technical demand on creating good angel of support. Can players move their feet to create better support angles for the player in possession. Players need to be proactive and adjust shape as the ball is moved around area.

Activity 1: 6x3 (8x4 or whatever number works to create 2:1 ratio of attackers to defenders) to gates. Team possess against 3 defenders and looks to score by passing ball through angled gated in space. Once the team scores in one gate they must look to score in another gate, if defenders win the ball they can look to dribble through gates to score points. The attacking players must work to get the ball back from the defenders.

Coaching points: Players need to create good support angles to receive the ball through the gate and then quickly support the ball and look to build towards another gate. Add defensive transition to win ball back from three defenders and get back to possessing with good angles.
