Objective To develop hard and soft passes and to play back and through.
Description:
Set up with 20x30 Grid
Play for two periods of 5 minutes.
Line up players as shown in diagram.
Player in middle needs to be rotated often.
Players can remain stationary and then progress to movement;each playerfollowing their pass except middle. Add extra man for movement to work.
Coaching Points:
Player in the middle will be receiving the ball from different directions so needs to have an open body stance and be prepared for different angles.
Ball needs to be correctly weighted.
Make sure ball is struck firmly but also along the ground so as not to disrupt rhythm.

Objective:
To develop passing with both feet and receiving with one and passing with the other.
40 x 30 Space.Two 5 minute periods
Players pass to each other in the direction and follow their pass as provided in diagram.
Players should check away from the cones to simulate movement from a defender to gain space
Coaching Points
When receiving with one foot th first touch needs to be well judged to play across the body for second touch wth the other foot and in the right direction with another one touch.
Progression: Go one touch.
