Small sided activity (20 mins)

4v2's in half field. Red must connect 3 passes before scoring. Blue provides low resisistance

Once blue wins the ball the play is over

Progression: If Blue wins the ball they can score in small goals. The red team has 7 seconds to win the ball back.
