Session Organisation

There are 3 activities as shown on the diagram. 3 players for each group. 1 player works for 30 seconds while the two others in the group feed, then players switch roles.

The diagram on the first row show the first volley, the diagram on the back row show the next volley after the movement.

Each player to have one practice turn of each activity. The second time around player is aiming for 100% success rate (no dropped balls). Players with most successful group wins.

Screen 1

Station 1

Player to side foot volley the ball outside of the cone with their outside foot. Sideways movement to the cone and play a side foot volley with their outside foot. (as shown on the diagram). Each feeder to have a ball each.

Station 2

Player to open out their body and play side foot volley diagonally across the grid using their inside foot.Sideways movement to the cone and play a side foot volley with their inside foot diagonally across the grid. 1 Ball between the feeders.

Station 3

Player to watch the ball across their body and play a side foot volley into the opposite feeders hands, make a forward run and turn and wait for the ball. The player who recieves the ball throws the ball across the grid as shown by the looped arrow. The same player will feed throughout the 30 seconds while the same reciever will recieve. This allows the use of both sides of the body.
