Activity: Two players soft toss. Two players return. Only counts if both players ball is caught in the air.

Soccer Tennis (25 mins)

Organization:

Games played 2v2

Area: 12 x 10 with 2 yard "net"

Set-Up:

Soccer Tennis game - in pairs. (Rules as a guide - feel free to adapt for your players). Rally scoring. Must serve with a "friendly" half-volley. Allowed a max. of 3 touches as a team, only 2 touches for any one player. Can only bounce once in your half. If a team cannot return it then the other team scores a point or gets the serve. Games of x minutes. Winning team moves up. Losing team stays. Losing team on top field moves to bottom.

Coaching Points:

Good touch, use of different body parts, speed/agility, communication
