Warm Up 2 (10 mins)

Playing out of the "U" Shape (12 min)

Move GK to red cones, pick up yellow cones & relocate lines to blue cones. Ball starts with GK, both GK plays to blue line to the left #3, #3 plays to #5, #5 plays to #4, #4 plays to #3, #3 connects to #7. GK rotates playing with feet to playing with hands. Switch direction after 3 min. Two touch. 50 x 50 area.

Variations:

3 minutes switch direction continue two touch

3 minutes switch direction move to one touch

3 minutes switch direct conture one touch

Coaching Points: Firm balls, control front foot play back foot, connect with front foot, ask for ball/make eye contact, players should open up from starting position to receive, positve body shape
