Attacking team - 2-3 (with 2 outside backs ready to enter)
1v1 zones in the corners
Activity:
Outside backs serve the ball into attacking team and can be used to keep possession.
Defending team tries to win ball and dribble through gates.
If attacking team gets ball into corners (1v1 zones), only 1 defender allowed. If defender wins ball, coach will serve in a cross anyway.

Stage 1
Emphasis: Passing, movement and support the pass
Area: A 10 x 10m central area with 4 5 x 5m areas areas on the outside, one on each side.
Players: All
Equipment: Cones, balls
Setup: A central playing area of 10 x 10m is setup surrounded by 4 5 x 5m smaller areas. 2 players are placed in the larger area while a min of 3 players are placed in the smaller surrounding areas. There are two balls in play.
How To: The teams with the balls pass between themselves. Once identified, one of the teams then must pass to the furthest player away from them in the central area. That player then combines with the other player in the area who then passes the ball out to the area on the opposite side.
The waiting players with the other ball must watch and be ready to pass the ball into the central area once the first ball has left the area.
Players are switched out of the central playing area after a designated period of time.
