Organization:
1. 20x20 grid
2. Four lines
3. One ball for each line
Instructions:
1. Players will dribble ball to center cones, perform instructed move, excelerating after move until opposite side is reached
2. Players will perform move three times then switch to opposite foot and again perform move three times
3. Moves: Push and Run --> Swivel Hips
Coaching Points:
Push And Run
o Dribble straight at the defender
o Push the ball one side of the opponent with outside of the foot
o Run round the opposite side and collect the ball
Swivel Hips 1
o Open hips when approaching opponent as if to play the ball
o Move the ball across the body using the inside of the foot
o Take the ball past the opponent using the inside of the opposite foot

Organization:
1. 30 x 20 yard area setup as shown
2. 12 players (4 team s of4,1 team resting) setup as shown
3. 1 ball (additional balls situated around the outside)
Instructions:
1. Each player is assigned a letter,A ,B,C or D
2. Opposing players are paired with their opposite letter,and may only steal from this player
3. If defensive player steals from the wrong partner, a free kick is awarded
4. Goal is scored by dribbling through central goal at opposing end
5. If ball goes out, team restarts with a pass or dribble in
6. If goal is scored,conceding team restart with a dribble in from own end line
7. First team to score wins, with losing team switching with resting team
Coaching Points:
1. Controlled approach
2. Engage defender at speed by attacking front foot
3. Timing of move – just outside tackling radius
4. Body shape – low centre ofgravity
5. Change of speed and direction
6. Head up accelerate away
Progressions:
1. P – Defensive players can steal from their nominated partner,plus one other
2. P – Increase to 40 x 30 yard area

2. Everytime the players see another player or are in open space they should try to perform move
3. Players will work for one minute working on the move with the right foot then switch and work on left for one minutue
