- C checks from passive defender B
- A passes C
- C receives on back foot and finds D
- D dribbles back to start next rotation
- Players move; A to B, B to C, C to D, D to A
Coaching Points:
- Take defender away to create space
- Check shoulder as ball travels
- Receive ball on back foot
- Play with 2 touches
Progressions:
- Defender delays pressure; receiving player takes ball with front foot around pressure and finds end player (Same Rotation)

- A plays C
- C sets back to A
- A plays space in behind B for C to run around and meet
- C dribbles back and beats D in 1v1 (D is passive)
- Player rotation; A becomes spare, B is attacker, D is defender, C is server
Coaching Points:
- Take defender away to create space
- Check shoulder as ball travels
- Receive ball on back foot
- Set ball in 1 touch, in front of serving player
- Play to space behind defender
Progressions:
- C turns at top of grid, turn to play against B in 2v1 with D (Same rotation)
- Complete double pass to create breakaway with GK
