WARM UP ROUTINE:

Players at each side of a grid 30 wide

1. 100 toe taps then dribble to other side with ball using right foot only.

2. 100 toe taps then dribble to other side with ball using left foot only.

3. Repeat 1 & 2

4. Repeat 1 & 2

The above should take roughly 10 minutes depending on age group of course = 600 touches plus 100 while dribbling - total = 700 touches in under 10 minutes.
