Instead of the traditional static warm up,a dynamic warm up will get us to match speed alot quicker. Along side warming up the body,we are exercising our mind sets,Getting into match mode.
Last season we have struggle in the first 20 mins,we tend to give the opposition a goal and two before we respond in a game. We need to help each other and be more responsible on match days. So this warm up session can be player led.
