Organisation

Set up a 30 x 30 grid(Depending on ability of players) and divide the grid in to 2 15x15 squares.

Set balls around the area for quick restarts and high tempo of play.

Make it more difficult for the attacking players

Change pitch size to 40 by 40

The yellow players now have 2 sceening midfilders and 2 center halfs while the blues now have a 10 in the middle

Key Factors

Move the ball fast

Maintain possession but move the ball with a purpose

encourage the 10 to move and offer support and to drag the defenders to creat space for the wide men

Functional Game (20 mins)
