Touches (20 mins)

MultipleTouches: In a small space players will focus on doing 100 touches of each move. 7 moves in total.

100 Toe Taps

100 V's

100 Push Pulls

100 Step Overs

100 Inside Outside

100 L Moves

100 Chops

Coaching Points:

Foucs on ball control in a tight space

Small touches over big touches

Using proper part of the foot

Getting faster as the feel more comfortable with the ball

Getting their head up while they complete moves

Ball Control and Fitness (30 mins)

Ball control moving through several grids. Some fitness built in.

Line A go down through the cones using only right foot laces.

Line B come back up through the cones only using left foot laces.

Line C go through the cones with right foot dragging ball with soles of feet to get around the cones.

Line D come back up through the cones now dragging with left foot.

Line E sprint to middle cone, back peddal to start cone then full sprint to end cone

Line F sprint to middle cone do 5 push ups, then sprint to end cone and do 5 sit ups.
