Continuous 4 v 2 (20 mins)

2 teams, 1 ball for each team, in a 4 v 2 (4 keeping ball, 2 trying to win it for their team).

When a team has both balls it becomes 6 v 2 in their zone, they must keep both footballs in their zone for 20 Seconds for doing so they get a point. The opposition swap their 2 players (on 20 seconds) with the remaining 4 players, making it 6 v 4 and resting the 2 players just in.

Note:

- Rotate the 2 defenders every minute if they cannot win the ball from the opponent.

- Coach the first touch, eg. If the 2 defenders win the ball between them "how quickly can we set our selves up to pass the ball back to our teammates feet in our zone" & "how can we make it easier for us to pass it back to our zone/teammate".

- If you don't have 12 players adjust to your group and their ability. eg. 4v1 , 5v2, 6v3.

Bullrush Relay (20 mins)

Divide the pitch into zones with a large middle zone (as shown above) keep some space in the end zone so players dont run into the goals.

Normal Bullrush Rules but players must stay in their own zone and work in teams to get the ball across, using passing and their first touch now as well.

Red are the defenders winning the ball.

Ball must stay on the floor.

Note:

- First 2 defenders in have free movement but as it gets further along restrict their zones (as it's build ups and there are more defenders).

- Divide groups and the pitch according to numbers (can be done with 2, 3 & 4 players in a team).

- Look to coach decision and shape to take their touch facing forwards, if they can't do this can they then play back to their teammate?
