Numbers - races (15 mins)

Assign numbers per groups. Call a number as the previous balls are scored.

Starting at coach, they run around their cones to score AFTER the last cone.

Create competition for points, the red or blue that gets both balls in first!

Technique -

FAR FOOT - As if every cone is a defender, run left= left foot.

1v1+1 // 2v2+1.

Hit the cone to score.

Additional rules-

Must score within 10s of winning ball.

Technique -

Play 1-2s into space.

Bigger touches when running into space.

When running with the ball, use the far foot.

When running with the ball, cut in front of the defender.

Decisions -

Where can you find an overload?

How can you beat the overload?

Communication -

Tell your teammate to bounce.

Tell your teammate to carry.
