ODP Week 1 (15 mins)

Instructions:

Randomly place cones close to each other

Warm up:

Players dribble through the cones in varies directions while avoiding the cones.

Focus Points:

-Ball control to the body

-Inside and outside touches

-Soft touches

-Low centre of gravity

-Using both feet

-Small steps

ODP Week 1 (20 mins)

Instructions:

Split into two teams, players must dribble through the Slalom (Part 1), carry out a 360 (Part 2) dribble to the last cone (Part 3) and carry out 180, then sprint back (Ronaldo touches) to the start.

This can be done in a race format

Focus Points:

-Low centre of gravity

-Soft touches

-Using both feet

-Using in and outside of the feet

-Keeping the ball under control

-For Ronaldo touches, 3 steps to every touches of the ball

-Messi touches through the cones
