Organization:

Instructions:

1. A passes to B who sets back to A.

2. C makes a forward run to receive through ball from A and takes a shot.

3. Immediately after C shoots, D dribbles down the flank, beats her marker and crosses in to E.

4. E looks to finish first time shot.

5. Rotation: A to B, B to C, C to D, D to E, E to A.

Coaching Points:

1. Speed of play.

2. Movement to support.

3. Movement to get forward.

4. Quality of passing/build up play.

5. Shot selection.

6. Technical execution of shot.

Progressions:

1. Ensure to work on both sides.

2. Ensure Player B follows in to finish any potential rebounds.

3. Add defender(s).
