Setup: Half Field w/ big goals. Fill of balls at each goal. Three (3) grids. 15x20 for outer, 10x20 for middle.
Game: Blue team is in possesion. Pink sends two defenders in to make it 5 v 2. Blue wants to connect 5 passes and send the ball to Green. If that happens, then Pink sends two players to defend Green. If Pink wins the ball at any point, a tackle in 5 v 2, an intercepted pass, by a player in the middle grid, etc, then they can shoot at either goal using no more than 2 touches. The team that loses the ball becomes the defesive team. All restarts are from the GK.
Coaching Points: Movement in the grid, passing ball to the correct foot, head up on a pass across grids, upon winning the ball, can you shoot quick, can second defenders (players in middle grid) cut down passing lanes?
