Warm-Up (20 mins)

Organization:

- 10 x 10

- 5 Players

- 1 Ball

Instructions:

- Players will be involved in a 4 v 1 rondo activity.

- Objective: Possess/retain away from defender.

- Dynamic Stretches will included during the warm up.

Coaching Points:

- Technical sharpness

- Accuracy & Pace of pass.

Progressions:

- 2 Touch Limit

- 1 Touch Limit

Main Theme (20 mins)

Organization:

- 15 x 18

- Group of players in each station

- Mini Net

Instructions:

Part A:

- P1 connects with P2, who checks deep to recieve and will dribble to perform an attacking skill move.

- Both sides will proceed at the same time.

Part B:

- Player will be involve in a 1 v 1.

- P1 connects with P2, who step in and attack the defender in a 1 v 1.

- Attacking side recieves a point by scoring into mini net.

- Defending side recieves a point by dribbling thru the endline.

- Distance

- Pace

Condition Game (20 mins)

Organization:

- 25 x 25

- Mini Nets

- 6 Players

Instructions:

- Player will be in a 3 v 3 environment.

- Team to 5 goals wins.
