RWTB + Medium lenght accurate passing (25 mins)

Full 9 a side pitch size needed. 2 x active balls. 6 x stand-by balls

1st player plays dead ball to wide player. Player follows his pass and then takes position of player he's just passed to.

2nd player receives ball, runs with ball until half way between him and next player, then passes off and replaces the next player. Player who replaces the previous player must sprint once theyve released the ball.

(this process can be repeated with as many players as you like)

Final player to receive the ball cuts in from the channel and shoots.

Player then replaces the player on the outside and the player on the outside then runs with the ball to the other end of the pitch, and the process starts again.

Progression: Standby player for opposite team becomes a defender.

The players bust find a way of working the ball to another zone, and when you have done so, you can then join that player in that zone, the defender defending you cannot follow you out. This session encourages wide play, and forward passing. Hold up play from payers trying to involve other players.

There is an opposition player in each end zone, if you get the ball to that player, you can involve him in the attack, which can become a 4v2. .
