4 cones

6-8 footballs

Organization:

15 X 18 Grid

Seen in the Diagram is the first of 3 progressions.

Progression 1(In diagram): Player A starts the move by passing to player B and follows their pass. Once player B gets it he is going to play the deep midfielder who in this case is player C and will follow their pass into the middle of the grid. Player C once they recieve the ball will play player D with a bounce pass or a quick 2 touch pass and will arc their run and stay in the middle. Player D when they recieve the ball will pass immidiately with one touch or a quick two to player E and then follow their pass. Player E then starts the move again with a similar square pass to player F

Progression 2: The move is very similar with player A playing a square pass to player B, however, instead of player B playing player C and following their pass, they will play player D and follow their pass. Player D then plays player C. Player D stays in the middle, Player C after reciecing off player D plays Player E and follows their pass. Player E then Starts the move again with a square pass to player F.

Progression 3: Move starts off similar with a square pass from Player A to player B and player A following their pass. Player B, similar to progression 2 will play Player D first. Player D will play player C and recieve the ball back in a 'One Two' move or a 'bounce pass' move then pass to player E.

Player B continues to take Player C's position. Then player D needs to make the decision still made out in progression 1 or 2.

Teams can recycle and pass to their shaded zone to create angles. Once a good rhythem is established, Shaded zone players can enter when they have the ball to create an overload. They must return if they score or lose possession.

Progression 3: Small goals are placed at the corners of the end zones where players must play the end man of the opposition colour, recieve a pass then finish first time.

Game situation:

Goalkeeper plays the full back, he will play strikers feet first if possible. The shaded zone is where we want the ball to travel to & the area where we can do quick combination play to make a chance.

Numbers 1-4 are the choice of pass for the centre back , 1 being best option.
