On Mondays we do a "carousel" of 45 minutes sessions, rotating between the pitch, a tactical discussion, the gym & the sports psychologist.

Screen 2 (15 mins)
Once a set number of passes has been completed, the ball can be passed to one of the Blue players.
A different Yellow player now goes in to try to win the ball.
The rest of the Blue team must quickly get into that box to support the ball.
