Stage 1

Organization:

70 x 50 area divided in 2 half

3 team of five players + 2 neutral.

Instructions:

Red team need to get out of their zone by combining with midfield ( #6,8, 10) and full back ( #3 and 2).

Coaching Points:

Play the way you face.

Spatial awareness( look over shoulder).

Receive back foot.

Full back straight the field.

Stage 2

Organization:

70 x 50 area divided in 2 half

2 team of eight players + 2 target.

Instructions:

Red team need to get out of their zone by combining with midfield ( #6,8, 10) forward(#7,9 and 11) and full back ( #3 and 2).

Coaching Points:

Play the way you face.

Spatial awareness( look over shoulder).

Receive back foot.

11 and 7 straight the field.

Full back overlap when #11 and 7 get inside, stay behind support or underlap when space available.

Movement of attackers based on pressure on the ball

Quick transition for #3 and 2 to join the attack or supporting players, where, why and when to break forward.
