Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): Rondo Madness Three grids

3 grids, 4v1 (20 mins)

Organization:

Three 7v7 grids. In a Triangle shape at least 5-7 yards apart

4v1 each with a different color pinnies

Instructions:

1) Simple 4v1 Rondo.

2) Call color of who you are passing the ball too

3) Use only inside of the foot.

4) Defender must poke ball out to switch off

5)If wrong technique is used or wrong color is called, Defender must recognized and switch off.

AFTER 10 mins of Rondos The fun Begins

1) Players must now CALL THE COLOR OF WHO HAS THE BALL ON ANOTHER BOX.

2) Red Box observes Blue BOX, Blue box observes green, Green observes Red

3) Players must consistently check should to find player with color and call it out.

Receive with Back foot

Speed of play

Head up

Focus on who you are passing the ball too.

Must always be checking shoulder
