Screen 1 (20 mins)

Pre-game:

Set up: Two adjacent 20x20 grids (adjust for age and level), Four teams of 3, Two teams in each grid.

Procedure:

1. One team in each grid has one ball per player. The other team in the same grid has 1 ball per team.

2. Team 1 with one ball in each grid passes the ball around while team two has each player working on the ball dribbling, manipulating, etc.

3. Team 2 may not intercept the ball however as they work they look to get in the way.

4. Team 1 works on possession and looks to split defenders.

5. After 2 minutes switch team roles.

Progression:

1. Open up the two grids and combine 4 teams into two. Continue as above.

2. Live play 6v6.

1. All from previous weeks session (possession points and technical points).
