Cp's-Concentrate on session, sharp passing and receiving, be creative, scope area around you to know how much space and time you have, communicate, cognitively be able to transition from offense to defense and visebersa.

Small sided Activity (20min)

Transition

Teams begin by passing the ball to eachother without pressure.

Progression team on the other side sends 3 people at time to press the ball. Players must win the ball and connect with their own team (on the ground, in the air)

Cp's-High intensity, communicate, if you're not pressing the ball you're opening up to support once posession is regained, know when to dribble and when to pass, speed of play, correlate to game scenarios (ie. #'s 9, 7 and 11 press the ball but are outnumbered, they instead play back to #6)

Expanded Small sided Acitivity (20min)

4v3 + Gk into 6v4 transition defense to offense

#'s 9,11, and 7 must high press the ball vs flat 4. Once possession in regained, they must include #'s 8,10 and 6 and score as fast as possible.

Cp's- Coordinate, communicate, press in small group, shrink the field in quarters when defending, expand once possession is regained, sharp technical execution, score as fast as possible to take advantage of the time with #'s up.
