Passing and Receiving groups of three or four.

1) Touch towards player passing it and turn (sole, inside, outside, and cryuff

2) Snap hips open receive with inside of the foot.

3) Meet the ball and use outside of the foot

4) Meet the ball and cryuff opposite direction
