Screen 1 (20 mins)

Set Up Chanells 10 yards long between each cone. 8 yards wide for passing channel and 4 yards wide for running with the ball channel Drill

Objective:

Move the ball to be able to run into space.

Coaching Points:

Movemnt of player to show and get on half turn

Passing quality weight and direction

Moving your first touch to direction of play to run with the ball

Laces to run with the ball

Big touches to run with ballHave a picture

Progression:

Have Player A pass to B to set back to A who passes to C. C then plays a one two with player B to get in to channel to run with the ball

Screen 2 (10 mins)

Patterns to Playing out from the back.

Players B will both check away to show for a pass. Player A will pass to player B who will turn and protect the ball. As player C receives the ball player did will show to run in behind for a switching pass from player B. Player C will run with the ball down the line back behind player A. Everyone follows there pass.

Screen 3 (10 mins)

Progression:

Extra Midfielder added

Player B still checks to shows receives from A and protects the ball to play to C. Player C will demand the ball to feet. C will play to the new midfielder player D who will set to player B to play a ball down the line to a running player C.

Screen 5 (10 mins)

Progression:

Player B will still check away to show for the ball. This time Player A will ask for a set or bounce pass back and change there angle (by moving) to play a ball across for player C who shows for the ball. Player C will then play a one-two with player B before running the ball down the line.

Screen 5 (30 mins)

Set Up:

Half field with three gates for team playing out of the back to run the ball through to score.

Back 4 plus 3 Central players to play out of back

Midfield 4 plus striker to play against team

Objective:

To play the ball out of the back from keeper to score. Looking for opportunites to run wirth the ball or combine. Develop a better understanding of 11vs11 playing out from back

Coaching Points:

Dispersal. (starting posistions)

Mobility (support, roatation, penitration)

Penitration (running wirth the ball, combination play)
