Warm Up (15 mins)

Split team into two groups of 10-14

Incorporate a group jog, and stretching routine (independently run players)

Basic passing activity with a focus of getting players facing forward.

PLayer A plays into B who has rotated out and passes into C. Depending on body shape C can play into D E F. If ball goes into D and players in wide areas have not got back onside plays goes back to G and the attack starts again.

Follow you pass and the players who hits the keeper dribbles back to the beginning.

Screen 2 (25 mins)

Goal Game getting players in positions to face forward to score.

Play can move anywhere on the pitch. Both teams can score in either goal to start with.

If reds score past the green keeper the other keeper will then restart playing to reds in the other section.

If the ball goes outside the square keeper in the opposite section restarts playing to a player on the team whose through it should be:

Screen 3 (30 mins)

3 Part Shooting activity

Player A takes a touch out of their feet and shoots outside the box. PLayer A spins and plays a 1/2 with player B who shoots just inside the box. Both players A&B then attack a cross from playing C who started dribbling into position as soon as the 1/2 is played.

Based on numbers we could have this activity running end to end

7v7 SSG's (30 mins)

7v7 Small sided games across the pitch.

Split field in half

Play for 4mins game (conditioning)

Each side will play a 3-2-1 formation (to challenge what the defendrs do with 1 attacker)

Ensure when you dont have the ball your are attempting to press everywhere no matter the situation or cue
