LC doing similar rehab to previous day.

Warm-Up DD: 11:10:

1) Dribble into centre, pop pass off to outside, next man goes

2) Progression: trick/change of direction in middle

3) Dynamic stretches (11.16)

4) 3 squats followed by acceleration to middle (11.22)

11.28 – Fitness DD: Gate runs (90 secs)

1 man has to get away from 2 blockers whilst running through different gates – repeat as main runner 5 times

12.25 – 5-aside on 2/3 of half a pitch:

- 2 pitches: Pitch 1: Score in full size goals

Pitch 2: Score by passing through gates in four corners and middle, can’t score in same one consecutively

5 min rest, then swap pitches

Finish at 13.21, total mins = 140
