* TEAM TO BE COACHED - YELLOWS

Session Aim:

* For the yellows to play the ball into the strikers, who will then look to combine and create an opportunity to score.

* If the attacking team score or the ball goes out of play, the attack starts again from the yellow server.

* If the defenders win possession, they should get the ball back to the yellow server as quickly as possible so that the function can start again.

* Players to stay in their designated areas until the coach changes the session.

* Shooting.

* Positive attitude - attempt to link up with team mate/s and get a shot in early (real game tempo).
