Passing Practice (10 mins)

Set up

Create a 36 x25 metre playing area and split into three 12x25 areas.

How to play

Each team has a ball each and play at the same time. The ball can only travel to the next third. Whichever player doesn't play the forward pass then moves into the next third (to support, over/under lap). Once ball has reached the other GK, get set in your positions again (2 in each area).

Use the GK's to bounce the ball off.

Progression

- Play with one ball, one team attack and the other defend. Start with interception only to start.

Player tasks

When moving forward, can you move where you can receive in space.
