Five Dot Training (5 min)
Set up: Five cone dots ea the width of players feet
Players complete 5 repetitions of each Two Legged Straddle, Two Legged Hop & One Legged Hop (ea foot)

Distances from cones to poles:
1. 30m
2. 20m
3.10m
4. 50m
5. 25m
6.15m
7.30m
8.40m
9. 15m
Outside square is 50x60m
Red straight lines (cone to pole) is the working run, black line (pole to cone) is recovery run
Square around outside is always a 50% run
Follow the follwoing percentages during the runs (% of top speed) (players work in pairs)
1. 60% for both lines
2. 75% red line, 40% black line
3. 100% red line, walk black line
4. 75% red line, 60% black line
5. 100% red line, 20% black line
6. 60% red line, 20% black line
Repeat except for run 1 for a total of 15 minutes

6 goal exercise
Score through the gates but must find the fowards feet.
Cp's- Sharp passing, moving and receiving, communicate, play as a group, move on and off the ball to provide support, support in width and length.

Expanded Sm Sided Game (15 min)
Set-up a pitch suitable for a SSG (6v6), all players must be in the attacking half before teams can shoot. 3 touch restriction
Restrictions: All players must get back in their own half to defend and all player must get into the opposing half before shooting
Sm Sided Game No Restrictions (15 min)
Teams must have every outfield player in their opponent’s half to score. This forces players to move up and down the field throughout.
