Main Theme

Organization:

- 40 x 40

- 6 Players

- Ladders

- Mannequin

- Flag

- 4 Ball

Instructions:

Objective: The activity is based on getting the players prepared and to develop thier Positive 1st Touch.

- There will 2 Stations running at the same time.

- Per example: P1 will step in and perform the ladder (agility 2 Feet in each) approaches by turning around the flag. Now player 1 approaches to P2 recieves a pass and returns it back. Once task is completed P1 goes check in and away around the Mannequien (Blue Dummie) and recieves the pass from P3 (same Concept as before)

- Rotation: P2 will slide into P1 Beginning Station, P3 takes P2 Station and P1 takes over P3 Station (counterclockwise Rotation)

Coaching Points:

- Get in Line with the ball

- Before Engaging to the ball can we have awareness by scanning the area

- Correct Technique on taking Positive 1st

- Trigger moments on when to release the ball: Be aware of the player Vocal Communication and hand Incidation on where you want the ball.

- Vocal Skills: Call the Player's name (For Example: Yes Ellie!)

- Create a Good Angle Space

Progressions:

- Work on different 1st touch Techniques

- Add Differential Footskills after taking 1st Touch

- Can Progess on Receiving with the Furthest Foot

Main Theme

Organization:

- 20 x 20

- 6 Players

- Ladders

- One Ball

Instructions:

- Objective: In this activity will include pressure, so the players can have a feel of taking a Positive 1st touch as pressure is approaching.

- P1 will drive up to the Halfway line and pass the ball to P2. As the ball is traveling to P2 (P1 will now apply pressure to P2)

- P2 will take positive 1st Touch away from pressure and accerlate into space and repeat the same concepts as before.

- As P1 is returning back to the starting point ( Player will perform an Agility Technique on the ladders)

Coaching Points:

- Get in Line with the ball

- Before Engaging to the ball be aware on which direction your taking a 1st touch (scanning the area)

- Correct Technique on taking Positive 1st Touch

- Eyes on the Ball (Build Concentration and Think a step ahead)

- Ready Position ( Always active on our toes to have a better reaction and 1st touch on the ball)

- Observe the behavior of the Defender (Where is the pressure coming?)

Progressions:

- Differential Positive 1st Touch Technique

- Pressure is now Live ( If the Opposing Player tags the Att. Player) Rewarded with a Point

- If Att. Player Gets across the halfway line (rewarded with a point)

Organization:

- 4 Mannequin

- 1 Ball Per Station

Instructions:

- Objective: The activity is based on getting the players prepared and to develop thier Positive 1st Touch.

- P1 will run out to the cone (Example of Station A) returns back to receive the ball from P2.

- P1 Check in and out around the mannequin to recieve the pass from P2

- Once Task is completed P2 Goes in and repeats the same process

Coaching Points:

- Get in Line with the ball

- Before Engaging to the ball can we have awareness by scanning the area

- Correct Technique on taking Positive 1st Touch

- Trigger moments on when to release the ball: Be aware of the player Vocal Communication and hand Incidation on where you want the ball.

Condition Game

Organization:

- 25 x 25 (Area)

- 12 Players

- 1 Ball Per station

- 2 Stations: (A/B) (C/D)

Instructions:

- In this activity players will be involved in a small sided game. Players will be in there Station (A/B)

- One Group will circulate the ball, only 1 player from the other station can step to win the ball

- Once the ball is recovered defender must play it back to thier Desinated Station

Coaching Points:

- Get in Line with the ball

- Before Engaging to the ball be aware on which direction your taking a 1st touch (scanning the area)

- Correct Technique on taking Positive 1st Touch

- Eyes on the Ball (Build Concentration and Think a step ahead)

- Ready Position ( Always active on our toes to have a better reaction and 1st touch on the ball)

- Observe the behavior of the Defender (Where is the pressure coming?)

- Add a Defender (3v2)

- Limited 2 Touches

Condition Game

Organization:

- 15 x 15 x 15

- 4 Players

- 3 Mini Goals

- 1 Ball

Instructions:

- Players outside of the Triangle Grid will circulate the ball (Allowed to move Side to side in order to support player with the ball)

- there will be one Defender inside.

- If the ball is won by the defender. (Def. must score on Goal to get reward with a point)

- Player who loses the ball must step in to win it back (Creating a 1 v1 inside)

- Once the defender scores (Player swap roles)

- 3 Zones

Instructions:

- 3 Different zones (A/B/C)

- Zone (A/B) will stay in there Zone

- Zone B (Will Be Nuetral Players)

- Nuetral Player will be allowed to step into any zone to support and attack (Overload)

- To get reward with a point player must score in the net
