Organization:
- 20 x 30 area set up as shown (multiple as needed)
- 12 players split into two groups of 6 as shown
- 2 x mini goals set up as shown
- 1 Ball (additional on outside)
Instructions:
- Activity works in 5 steps
- (1) Ball is passed from one end line to the other. Pass aims to split the two waiting Attackers
- (2) Team mate receives ball & plays 1st time pass to one of the Attackers who checked into space as original pass is played in step (1)
- (3) Attacker receives ball on the half turn & looks to combine with suporting Attacker
- (4) Attackers now connect with a give & go / wall pass
- (5) Attacker receives ball back & aims to score in either mini goal. Two touch maximum!
- Once Attackers score or ball goes out of play next sequence starts
- Original passer (1) becomes Attacker and team mate (2) who received pass become the new Attackers
- Play is repeated

- Quality of Pass & Speed of Play
- Timing of Movement to receive the ball
- Body shape to receive the ball & combine quickly with team mate
- Body shape & approach to ball when shooting - off center
- Finishing Technique: Power vs Placement? Ankle locked & toe down or inside foot placement finish
- Contact on ball & Follow through
- Shooting quickly - don't wait!
Progressions:
P - Attacker must now finish with 1st time shot!
P - Group now play against each other: First team to score 10 goals wins? Most goals in 90secs?
P - (B) Original passer (1) now becomes a Defender as soon as middle Attackers combine. 2v1 to goal!

Organization:
- 2 groups of players between 3-6 players in each group set up as shown.
- 2 groups in different colour pinnies.
- 2 different shooting activities. A, B and C.
- As many balls as possible
Instructions:
- (A) 1 passes to 3 and runs behind 3 towards goal. 3 passes to 2 who finds 1 with a through ball. 3 or 2 must follow up in the box for any rebound.
- (B) 4 passes to 5 and overlaps. 5 passes to 6. 6 sets 5 who finds 4 with a through ball. 6 follows up in the box for any rebounds.
- (C) Can the players come up with their own combinations?
Coaching Points:
- Quality of pass (especially weight of pass),
- Good touch and quality of set
- Finishing Technique: Ankle locked & toe pointed down or inside foot placement finish
- Awareness of goalkeeper: check position of GK,
- Speed of play
- Finish & rebounds.
Progressions:
P - Competition. First group to score 10 goals wins? Most goals in 90secs wins?
P - After shooting that players becomes a Defender for the next groups Attacker

Organization:
- 30 x 50 area setup as shown
- 11 players (5 attackers, 5 defenders & 1 goalkeeper)
- 1 ball (additional on outside)
Instructions:
- Attacking team plays 4v3 possession keep away in Zone A.
- When opportunity arises attackers aims to play through ball into Zone B for team mate to attack
- Attackers now play 2v1 & aim to score in goal
- If Defenders win the ball in Zone A they aim to play ball into target team mate at end line
- If successful Defenders now switch to attackers.
- If Defender wins ball in Zone B they aim to play into a team mate in Zone A
- Once goal is scored or ball leaves the area play restarts in Zone A.
Coaching Points:
- Possession: Be patient & create shooting opportunity
- Attack at Speed: High Tempo & Direct
- Awareness of Space & Surroundings: Find team mate in better position
- Finishing Technique: Ankle locked & toe pointed down or inside foot placement finish
- Counter Attack: Take advantage of numbers up & attack quickly!
Progressions:
P - Allow attackers to dribble as well as pass into Zone B to attack after 4 passes minimum
P - Defender from Zone A can track back to create 2v2
P - If Defenders in 2v2 win ball in Zone B they can now score in goal (must make at least 1 pass)

- 12 players (5 attackers, 5 defenders & 2 neutrals)
- 2 x Mini Goals & Gates
- 1 Ball (additional around outside)
Instructions:
- Attacking team aim to keep possession & score in opponents mini goal
- Team in possession can use neutral players who play on 1 touch
- When a goal is scored, that players must leave the field & run around/through gate behind goal
- Whilst player is running it will create 5v4 for new attackers - counter attack quickly!
- Play is repeated everytime goal is scored
- If ball leaves the field re start with pass in. No corners.

- Attack at Speed: High Tempo & Direct
- Counter Attack: Take advantage of numbers up & attack quickly!
- Awareness of Space & Surroundings: Find team mate in better position
- Finishing Technique: Ankle locked & toe pointed down or inside foot placement finish
Progressions:
P - Attacking team must play into neutral players who look to set back for 1st time finish

- 12 players (4 attackers, 4 defenders, 2 Neutrals & 2 goalkeepers)
- 1 ball (additional around outside)
Instructions:
- Teams play directional 4v4 inside the area
- Attacking team can score at any time past goalkeeper & can use Neutrals at any time if required
- Neutral players are on two touch maximum
- If Defending team win the ball they aim to score at opposite end
Coaching Points:
- Attack at Speed: High Tempo & Direct
- Awareness of Space & Surroundings: Find team mate in better position
- Finishing Technique: Ankle locked & toe pointed down or inside foot placement finish
- Body Position: Get ready & set to shoot. Feet & body in correct position to shoot
- Transition: Counter Attack vs Possession Patience?
Progressions:
P - Neutral players can take a touch in field & shoot on goal with second touch
P - Neutral players play on 1 touch
P - Attackers must use Neutral players before scoring. They can enter & join the play to create 4v3
P - Must score from a one touch finish from set back by target player

Organization:
- 30 x 30 area set up as shown
- 12 players (4 x groups of 3) arranged as shown
- 4 mini goals / targets
- As many balls as possible
Instructions:
- Players are arranged into 4 teams & start in each corner of the area
- Coach acts as server & stands on the outside of area
- As soon as coach feeds in two balls players must race through cones & win the ball
- Attackers aim to score in any goal while Defender can steal back possession
- Players play 1v1 against oposite color until goal as been scored or their ball goes out of play
- After shooting players return to corners & next players get ready
- Play is repeated by coach who plays in next balls
- Players that do not shoot must retrieve any loose shots to coach
Coaching Points:
- Get to ball quickly
- Attack the space, defender & goal
- Body shape & approach to ball - off center
- Finishing Technique: Power vs Placement. Be Creative?
- Shooting quickly - don't wait!
Progressions:
P - Assign goals to specific teams. White can only score in A & B etc
