Stage 2 - 1 v 1 Defending
1v1 Defending (15 min)
Reps: 8, Intensity: Med (5:1)
Players will play 1v1 to a line and a small goal. Defending teams starts with balls & plays to attacking team to start play. Attacking team may score 2 points by passing ball into goal and 1 point by dribbling across the endline. Rotate teams ea 3 min.
CP: Proper mechanics of stance, footwork, approach, lower center of gravity, close down quickly, get low

1v1 Finishing (15 min)
Each line alternates 1v1 finishing with the GK. Teams keep score. Switch sides each 3 minutes.
Restrictions: 6 seconds to finish. Chase your ball & return to original line
CP: Get ball on shooting foot inside 18, encourage improvization, be composed, finishing over shooting

Station IV
2v1's and 3v2's + Coach(neutral) to small goals
3min, switch sides, switch numbers
Cp's- communicate, pass and move at angles to provide support
