Passing Pattern with finish (20 mins)

Simple passing pattern that includes a short dribble with a trick.

Player A shifts the ball to the left of the white gate and makes pass (1) into player B.

Player B checks off white cone to receive, beat the cone and play pass (2) into player C.

Player C dribbles (3) and must include a trick before red gate. At red gate player C punches a pass into the target goal

Player D restarts the same pattern to the opposite side (5).

Players of all ages should be able to incorporate 3 balls.

i.e: 1st touch beats cone; 2nd touch beats cone; creative touch beats cone
