Unopposed (10 mins)

Organization: Players are split into four lines. Every player has a ball. There are four cones in the middle of the field that act as a defender.

Instructions: Players dribble at the cones in the middle. When close to the cones the players perform the move instructed by the coach to get around the cones then explode toward the opposite gate. Once the two player go on opposite cones then the other two players go. After 2-3 minutes switch players onto the other foot.

Coaching Points: Head up to observe the cones. Do the move about 1 yard from the cones to make it more effective. Exaggerate the move. Explode toward opposite gate ( change of pace to lose the defender ). Beat the cones with your body movement. ( shift your weight from one side to the other ). Be aware of other dribblers, work it out.
