Organization:
-10 players
-10x10 area x2
-see diagram for equipment and set up
Players start at the 4 corners of the grid and have to dribble around the outside. When they reach the cone half way between the corners they must perform a designated move. When the players reach their starting position, they must use their ball to knock the ball off the middle cone to win the game. Focus on striking the ball with the laces as if shooting at net.
Progressions/Variations:
-Go in opposite direction
-Change the move
Coaching Points:
-Close control when dribbling
-Good execution of moves
-Accuracy on shot at ball on middle cone

Organization:
-see diagram for set-up and equipment
-area approx. 20x15 yards
Player A dribbles/RWB width ways across the field to finish inside the zone into the small goal and immediately become the defender. That is the trigger for Player B to attack the big goal in a 1v1 situation. If defender wins ball can dribble into end zone for bonus point.
A then joins line B, B becomes GK (C), and C joins line A.
Coaching Points:
-good touch out of feet to run with ball at speed
-accurate finishing
-close control and dribbling/moves if challenged by defender
-quick transition from attacking to defending

Organization:
-See diagram for set-up
-Area approx. 15x20 yards (adapt for age/numbers/ability)
-Coach plays ball in to one player who attacks opponent in a 1v1 situation
-If player scores they add another player, and the other team quickly change defenders, and that defender goes off - now 2v1 situation
-This pattern can potentially continue until team scores at 4v1
-If defending team win it back they begin the pattern over
-If ball it goes out coach can either roll one in or have players go back and restart at 1v1
-Give bonus points for using moves
Coaching Points:
(individual) close control, acceleration, moves, balance, speed, head-up/awareness, dribbling skills, change of pace, good finishing
(group) movement to create space, support, quick passing
