Technique
Objective: Scissors
Area: 20x20 grid.
Equipment 8 markers, 4 cones, 1 ball each, 4 mini goals
Time: 20 mins
Organisation:
All 4 players will move at the same timing. Players will move and attack a defender (cone) in the middle. He will execute the scissors on his LEFT and push the ball to the RIGHT. He will shoot to the goal.If players do it synchronise they will not have trouble banging to each other.
Coaching Points:
AWARENESS
- Look at the distance to the object
- Slow down as you approach.
WHERE TO CONTROL THE BALL
- Keep the ball infront of you
HOW TO CONTROL
- As you approach the defender, slow down
- Bring your left leg inside towards your right leg and then go over/around the ball in 1 motion.
- Drop the shoulder downwards to the left as if you are going to run to the left.
- Push the ball to the side on the right with the outside foot at an angle.
- Go after the ball and finish/ dribble.

Objective: 1v1 duel
Area: 20x20
Equipment: 2 Goals, 6 markers, supply of balls
Time: 20 mins
Organisation:
Defender will start the play by passing the ball to the attacker.
Attacker to score on any of the 2 goal. Defender job is to win the ball. 1 Point if he win the ball and stop the attacker retrieve the ball for the next 5 seconds.
Coaching Points:

Rotate on roles after 5 minutes.
