1v1 Moves - 30 minutes

Dribble and perform the moves with continous repetition for 10 yards

take a touch out of feet and pass the ball to next player in line.

Body Orientation to Receive

1. Pass and follow

2. CM works in the middle to receive the ball by opening up body to switch the point of attack to the opposite winger.

3. Same as above, but this time CM has the option of switching the point of attack or performing one of the turns we've been working on (U turn, Step over turn)

CM needs to open up body shape

CM should show on an angle

Don't always run straight up and down to show for the ball (double movements before asking for the ball)

Have a look over shoulder before receiving

Vary up the distances to where you are receiving the ball

1v1 in the middle box

2 wingers on the side

60 second games

switch the point of attack using u turns, stepover to lose your man

once the ball is played out to wiger, CM needs to dominate the defender without the ball by making double movements, starting from behind the eye line

wingers need to provide passing channels by moving side to side

every time the ball is switched you get one point
