Passing from fullback to midfielder, switching field, back through striker or central mid then a left footed cross to shot on pug. same movement once all players to the other side.

Rotate central players, and switch beginning side and goal to build both feet.

Central player must take the ball across their body, pivoting and receiving the ball in a way that speeds up play. Not stopping ball with back to their target.

Wings should be sprinting up the field to receive be an option for play.

This can also be used to go to goal.

OB finds 6 for 1-2

OB plays winger

winger plays 8 who finds OB on overlap

OB crosses for finish

- Run same thing down right flank as well, just alternating each sides turn to shoot.

- Players advance from cone to cone. Striker to Winger, winger to 8, 8 to 6, 6 to OB

Key points:

- make the counter fast and fluid. No need to turn or overcomplicate. Combine quickly and effectively

- OB should get close to goal line before cross is made.

- Striker, or opposing winger should be coming from the opposite side, making run to near post while strong-sided winger sprints to back post. diagonal run draws opposition

- work on low balls across goal, as well as finding the backpost runner in the air.
