Screen 1 (25 mins)

4 groups of players spread across the goal line. The widdest two sets of players must be wide enough to simulate a cross.

Start cone to furthest cone is 25-30m. The two cones which are close together are just over half way.

Players set off at the same time. Sprint to 2nd cone, turn and sprint to 1st cone, turn and sprint to end cone, turn and sprint. Player 1sprints and a straight line, players 2 and 3 attack the middle of the goal, player 4 attacks the back door.

One of the players resting in group 2 rolls a pass into the path of player 1 - this pass must test them in terms of working hard to get to it, they must cross it on the run for the other 3 to attack. As sson as the cross has been met the next 4 players start to ensure a high tempo.

Repeat for 3-4 mins before moving the players along the line to a new position. Repeat for 4 sets then repeat for a further 4 sets crossing from player 4 position.

Second set of 4 runs can be with reduced time.

Screen 2 (25 mins)

Mirror drill

3x3 box

Working in 4's - 2 work, 2 rest

1 person leads, 1 follows.

The lead player touch's one of their 4 cones and returns to middle of their square. The follower mirrors their movements. 4sets of 30s per pair

Dribbling relay

Player starts behind red cone and dribbles the ball out and in-between the traffic cones and back to cone A. They then stop the ball and sprint round B and C (5m from A) and return to ball to pass it to their team mate.
