Main Theme 1 (10 mins)

Organization:

1. 30x20 grid set up as shown

2. One ball per player with additional if needed

3. Split players into teams of four, one grid for each team

Instructions:

1. The first player in each line will dribble through the blue cones with their right foot and shoot before the red gate.

2. Once the player has shot, the next player in line can begin.

3. Rotation will continue for 4 minutes, each goal scored will count as one point for the team. Team with the most points wins.

4. Round 2 will be the same but with the left foot.

Followthrough landing on striking foot

Main Theme 2 (10 mins)

Organization:

1. 30x20 grid set up as shown

Instructions:

1. The first player in each line will dribble with their right foot to the red gate, perform a turn, dribble to the blue gate, perform a turn, dribble towards goal and shoot before the red gate.

2. Once the player has shot, the next player in line can begin.

3. Rotation will continue for 4 minutes, each goal scored will count as one point for the team. Team with the most points wins.

4. Round 2 will be the same but with the left foot.

Main Theme 3 (10 mins)

Organization:

1. 30x20 grid set up as shown

2. One ball per player with additional if needed

3. Split players into teams of four, one grid for each team

Instructions:

1. The first player in each line will run to either of the blue cones.

2. The second  player in line will pass the ball to the player.

3. The first player will receive the ball off of their back foot, dribble to goal with their right foot and shoot before the red gate.

2. Once the player has shot, the next player in line can begin.

3. Rotation will continue for 4 minutes, each goal scored will count as one point for the team. Team with the most points wins.

4. Round 2 will be the same but with the left foot.
