Set Up:

> 6 cones

> 2 balls

> Total end-to-end distance is 30 yards with a cone at 15 yards.

Activity:

> Both teams play at the same time.

> A passes to B, sprints as fast as possible to B's spot

> B receives across the body with the back foot, passes to C. B sprints to C's spot.

> C plays ball back to A, sprints to A on the opposite team's spot.

To make activity work, teams must compete against each other:

1. Loser in sprint pays price - 3 push-ups, burprees, sit-ups.

2. If ball misses target, add 5 additional reps (push-up, sit-up, etc)

To make the game successful, must be competitive.

COACHING POINTS:

1. Correct weight and pace on pass

2. Receive ball across body & turn.

3. Don't strike ball-step backwards-sprint but follow through the pass and land in striking foot

4. Pass with the correct foot - don't open hip and telegraph pass
