One of the most difficult finishing skills is to finish the ball as it is moving away from you especially in 1-touch

- exercise starts with the run of the attacking player into the box

- ball is played into the players run. The Player must finish with 1-touch

- Encourage players to work on both laces and inside of the foot shots

Continuous 2v1

This game is a continuous strem of 2v1s

The attacking 2 will try to score in the big goal, if the defending 1 player wins the ball they will look to play a pass into either of the two small goals made by poles to simulate a forward pass to release an attacker. A clearance is acceptable as well.

This game is kind of an individual game as players keep track of the number of goals they are involved in.

2 points are awarded for a 1-touch finish
