Functional (15 mins)

3x 3-Yard Goals of different colours. Make as many 3x 3-Yard Goals per Coach.

Call out colour for GK to move to goal.

Coach will play volley/shot after GK is set in goal.

At varied times after colour callout, Coach will dribble closer to goal for GK to close down space and protect goal. Emphasis is on GK efficiently closing space between ball and GK and the ground.

Progression for older groups - divide GK into groups and have extra GKs replace Coach and have consecutive colours called with GKs dribbling to other goals.
