10m cones - 7 x 1.5

Twice through with each exercise, always jog back to the start

Dynamic w/u - arm swing walks, toe walk/heel walk, jog, weave, low skip, high skip, ankle flicks, high knees, bum flicks, circle round cones, sidesteps, quick feet-stride out

Dynamic Stretches - knee-chest walk, walking quad, open/close gate, inchworm, linear/lateral lunge

Single Leg Efficiency

On own, find space in grid

Single Leg Balance - knee to 90 degrees, eyes closed progression - 15 second holds

Hops - 5 each leg

Toe touches - 5 each leg - eyes closed if easy

Bounding - linear - 5 right/5 left

- alternate - 1 second pause

- alternate - continuous

Learning Outcomes

Knee-hip-ankle alignment

Stick the landing, knee not over toe, softish knee

In between exercises, moving in the grid, two-touch pass
